Profile of the firm:
Our approx. 20 staff members serve at present about 400 clients, including personal enterprises and companies
of every kind (stock companies, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, general partnerships,
partnerships under the Civil Code, mutual insurance companies etc.), whose residence is either in Germany or
in the European Union, on the German or European Market.
We shall strengthen and counsel you at all places inside or outside Germany; we also serve our foreign clients
on the German Market, especially, we provide full services and administration to their German subsidiaries.
