The company WSP W.Schuster und Partner GmbH was founded on September, 23, 1991 by Mr.
Dipl.-Volkswirt Wolfgang Schuster, public auditor and tax consultant, jointly with his partner Mr. Dipl.-Finanzwirt
Friedrich Kötter-Boisserée, attorney-at-law and certified specialist in tax law, at Duesseldorf.
When Mr. Christian Lentföhr joined in the firm, the public auditing and tax consultancy company strengthens
its services by legal assistance in legal counseling and litigation.
At that time, the registered seat of the firm was at Westfalenstrasse 24 in Duesseldorf.
Continual growth of client ship, the scope of tasks and the related staff made it necessary to move into a
more comfortable office.
Today’s seat of the firm, at Josephinenstrasse 11-13, is in the economic and cultural heart of Duesseldorf,
the capital of the state North Rhine-Westphalia, between the world famous fashion-route "Kö" and
the Ministry of Justice, only a few steps away from the theatre, state-opera, and the "Altstadt", the
historic center with its typical local breweries.
